They didn't sell the nachos box anymore. So I got a regular nacho bell grande and it looked HORRIBLE no pride in their work at all!!!

There was NO to little beef in my salad. I wasn't even ask about the free taco, I asked.

Great service every time they aren't under staffed, especially from Tonia. My order is always ready within a few minutes.

Made & paid for order online, went to store location no one came to the window. Store supposed to close at 1 or 1:30 am. This was at 10:30 pm

I wanted to try this Taco Bell location out because of the bad reviews. I know, i know, thats dumb but I was treated nicely by the lady at the window. Everything went smooth and I received my order pretty quick. To my surprise the food was really good. Not just for this restaurant but for Taco Bell in general. I haven’t had “good” Taco Bell in a long time. I enjoyed it. Thanks to all employees for taking pride in your work!

Every single time we go there, something is wrong. The last 6 times our order was never taken. The last 2 times we were told the computer is down. We've waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins because you CAN'T get out of someone is behind you. This is an ongoing problem with this location. This place has gone downhill the last few years.

This is where me and my granddaughter spend some of our Me Time here. Love there food. Can't get enough of it.

Order was correct. Employees were kind to me and the other customers. Hot food was hot and cold drinks were cold. Very impressed. A little heavy on the sour creme, but I wouldn't let my personal preference affect a star because thr service was worth every star great job guys and gals :)

Instead of having employees outside smoking and bullshiting with friends and family they should be inside working and not making people wait 10-15 minutes at the window

I HAVE NEVER HEARD AT A DRIVE THRU, "IS UR ORDER CORRECT ON THE SCREEN?" EXCEPT AT TACO BELL; INSTEAD OF REPEATING UR ORDER THEN ASK, "IS THAT CORRECT?" THEY ACT LIKE WE'RE BOTHERING THEM!!!

Registers at counter never seem to work. Portions always smaller than any other taco bell I've been to. Service a bit slow. Ordered beef and got steak in my burrito.

It was actually good for the first time in a long time. But there was only two cars in front of me and I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window the cashier was trying to charge me for food that was not even mine. The car in front of me got his order and mine and then he took off fast. So then the cashier was trying to give me the person behind me their order and I kept explaining that was not my order. Then he tells me my order was $16 when it was $10. So once again I had to repeat my order for the 3rd time and wait an additional 15 minutes. It was late the inside was closed so there should have been no reason to wait for as long as I did. When it gets late and when going through the drive thru be ready to wait for a while because they are always slow and getting people's orders wrong.

It's a taco bell so not five star by any means however they got the order correct They did so in a timely manner, the food was as expected for fast food. Service was professional and polite. Lastly it was affordable.

Sadly, Nothing good to say about this location. 3rd time in 1 year I get sick from eating at the abbeville store! Obviously wont eat here again. Always has a musky smell & with no line you will wait a while. Need better customer service. This location use to be nice but not anymore, needs to be inspected better & 1 employee made a racial comment to me. Overall needs to be cleaned up.

Just picked up a power bowl. Sat down to eat and there are no black beans. If I buy this in other towns there is always more contents in the bowl. I don’t think this is correct proportions.😡

The food was decent, being Taco Bell. The floor was sticky, and the food tray and table weren't cleaned well. There were also flies in the dining room. It has been several years since I've been to this Taco Bell, so it could be that it's usually clean and I was there on an "off" day. I'll go back, though.

We like to go after we go out or get off of work. This is usually around midnight or maybe 1am. There is no way in hell the Abbeville Taco Bell is open till 4 on the weekends. We went last Saturday OCT 14 around 12:15 and it was closed! We have went other times & it was closed as well. The closing time had to have just happened this week!

I just went to Taco Bell and the drive thru wasn't working, so the attendant asked if I would like to come inside to order. I said sure, no problem. I was met with a very welcoming smile and very polite and professional lady. She took my order and it was out really fast. I really like the changes inside. The food was great. Very satisfied customer and I will be back. Top notch.

Horrible. The worst Taco Bell in America. So incredibly slow. None of the portions are right. Everything is cold. Why have me pull up and around in the Drive-Thru when there are no other vehicles waiting? Is this to fool the system and make the management think that food is being delivered faster than it actually is? I wish we had a real Taco Bell...

Food was not great....they only had about 4 pieces of ground meat on my taco and the chicken quesadilla had no sauce on it and hardly any cheese. Then while sitting inside eating had to listen to the crew joke off and drop the f bomb and watched the night manager go right along with them.

Did not get my order right.
